• $80-200/ 55 min group or individual supervision

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for Out of Network psychotherapy services. 

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include Out of Network (OON) mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• How much will my plan cover for these sessions? They will typically give you a percentage.
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Upon request, I can provide monthly Superbills for you to submit to your insurance company.

Payment

I accept HSA/FSA cards and major credit cards as forms of payment on the day of service. 

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour business day notice (excluding weekends and holidays) is requested to cancel your session free of charge. If you miss a meeting or notice arrives after your scheduled time, you are responsible for the full fee. Exceptions will be considered for emergencies and illness.
